Jason Seals,

Founder & CEO

Jason Seals has over two decades of experience serving his community locally, nationally, and globally as an educator, clinical psychologist, thought leader, speaker, and change agent. Jason began his career in youth development serving in multiple roles across the nonprofit, mental health, and juvenile justice sectors. After obtaining his master’s in Africana Studies from the University of Albany, Jason leveraged his love for transformational educational practices and Africana studies in the classroom, teaching ethnic studies and manhood development courses at multiple high schools, colleges, and universities across the Bay Area. Beyond the traditional classroom, Jason facilitates community workshops and professional development trainings on a wide range of topics inclusive of radical healing, anti-racism, parenting/fatherhood, and systems change.

Jasmine Hudson,

Learning & Holistic Healing Specialist

Jasmine Hudson is an award-winning educator, artist, passionate speaker, and Black Girl Advocate who serves a host of communities seeking transformation through radical healing. With a holistic approach to content and development, her interdisciplinary work engages audiences in dialogue and activism that extend beyond the page and stage. Jasmine has over 12 years of experience as an educator and consultant for a wide variety of corporate, educational, non-profit and community-based organizations facilitating “experiential workshops” on issues of race, gender, class, hip-hop arts and radical healing. She is competent in the theoretical and practical application of gender-specific, culturally inclusive, trauma-informed, learner-focused and restorative justice learnings.
